How To Get Started

It's easy to start using background checks! To set up an account with Verifications, Inc. follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1
The process begins with the completion of a User Certification Agreement (a PDF file is available for download below).

Step 2
After you have completed the User Certification Agreement and have all the necessary documents, you will fax the information to Verifications, Inc. at 763-420-0684.

Step 3
After receiving your signed agreement our partner, Verifications, Inc., will then contact you via the phone within four business hours (Central Standard Time). The account representative will provide you with sign on information and user training. The account representative will teach you how to place orders, retrieve reports and archive information. They will be able to answer any questions you might have.

Background Screening Order
- This fax cover is sent to Verifications, with the Release of Information Authorization from the individual, to authorize and begin the background check.
